About The Position

The Chubb Customer Center Account Executive counsels clients and agents on insurance needs, identifies gaps in coverage and makes recommendations to address them. This role involves navigating multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve client inquiries and policy changes. The Account Executive will work effectively in a team setting, utilizing professional interpersonal and communication skills. Maintaining performance and quality standards, and complying with corporate policies, regulatory standards (SOX), internal business processes (PCI), and procedures are essential. The role requires completing assigned work and other duties as assigned, and willingness to work a Monday-Friday shift between 8 am EST and 8 pm EST, with occasional half-days on Saturdays.

Requirements

  • An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required; if you do not possess one, the company will provide an opportunity to study and obtain during training
  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Personal lines operations, agency, underwriting and/or marketing experience
  • Ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client service skills, including oral and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently in areas without defined workflows, as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints
