Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in an inbound AE role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage pipeline and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, engage, and convert inbound leads into paying customers.
  • Conduct product demos, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track progress, and forecast revenue.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to optimise the inbound sales funnel.
  • Stay up-to-date with Wati's offerings and industry trends to provide insightful guidance to prospects.
