About The Position

This role is for a motivated, self-driven sales professional to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. It is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential. The position involves working independently to offer payment processing solutions to local businesses, educating owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • A natural communicator and closer
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

  • Be a good human

  • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
  • Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
  • Work independently with full support and training
