Requirements

Two or more years of consultative, customer-focused sales experience with demonstrated results.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related business discipline.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the food, beverage, and/or dietary supplement industry preferred, with functional ingredient sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Grow and support assigned customer accounts while developing new sales relationships in partnership with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
Build strong customer relationships through frequent communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed.
Drive profitable growth by executing account strategies and supporting customers in developing high-quality, nutritious products.
Facilitate new projects by gathering customer requirements and coordinating internal alignment to move opportunities from concept to execution.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Specialists, and Account Services to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Conduct customer visits and attend external events, with domestic travel approximately 2–4 times per month.
