About The Position

Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for a structured Account Executive career path. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and development to help individuals grow into successful sales roles. The position involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and identifying customer solutions. It's a hybrid role based near Seattle, WA, requiring local travel for customer visits 2-3 times per week.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week

Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings
