About The Position

Community Impact helps local businesses grow and tell their stories using our beloved news products. As experts in our advertising products, our Account Executives consult with clients to tailor the perfect print, digital and direct-mail advertising plans to help their business thrive.

Requirements

• Office hours in Frisco, Texas, on Mondays and as needed for training.
• The vast majority of the role's duties will be performed in the field in Denton, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Make in-person connections and build relationships over time
• Build and maintain a successful book of business
• Learn more about Selling the CI Way, our proven sales methodology
• Set your own schedule
• Grow in a positive work setting, cheering on your teammates and sharing best practices
• Consult with clients to tailor the perfect print, digital and direct-mail advertising plans to help their business thrive.

Benefits

• Starting salary of $40,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commission
• Minimum $1,500 guaranteed monthly commission for your first six months
• $295 monthly stipend for gas, mileage and tolls
• Up to 80 hours of vacation and 80 hours of personal/sick time (prorated) in your first year
