About The Position

Onward Accessibility is seeking a senior, agency-trained Account Executive to drive new business growth across enterprise clients. This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, can independently generate top-of-funnel activity, and is comfortable selling both staffing and SOW-based, deliverable work.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of proven success in staffing sales within an agency environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and generate top-of-funnel activity independently
  • Experience selling SOWs or deliverable-based project work
  • Strong consultative selling skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with a personable, authentic style
  • Comfortable operating with minimal hand-holding in a fast-paced environment
  • Trainable

Nice To Haves

  • Background in IT, digital, marketing, or creative staffing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Independently generate new business through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise clients
  • Sell staffing solutions and scoped, deliverable-based (SOW) engagements
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs beyond open requisitions
  • Position Onward Accessibility as a strategic partner
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of deliverables
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting
