About The Position

Onward Accessibility is seeking a senior, agency-trained Account Executive to drive new business growth across enterprise clients. This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, can independently generate top-of-funnel activity, and is comfortable selling both staffing and SOW-based, deliverable work. Requirements

5–7+ years of proven success in staffing sales within an agency environment
Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and generate top-of-funnel activity independently
Experience selling SOWs or deliverable-based project work
Background in IT, digital, marketing, or creative staffing preferred
Strong consultative selling skills and business acumen
Excellent communication skills with a personable, authentic style
Comfortable operating with minimal hand-holding in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Independently generate new business through proactive prospecting and outreach
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise clients
Sell staffing solutions and scoped, deliverable-based (SOW) engagements
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs beyond open requisitions
Position Onward Accessibility as a strategic partner
Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of deliverables
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting
