The Account Executive will play a critical role in achieving our revenue objectives and expanding and maintaining our client base. This role will report to the Director of Sales and will also be responsible for both placing outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound leads to secure annual contracts with new clients for our Careers business. They will also work to maintain our client base by renewing existing clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a sharp analytical sense, as well as a collaborative mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary to get the job done well.
