Responsibilities

  • Proactively connect with our partners across the region through vibrant phone conversations and our internal communication channels.
  • Become the trusted point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of accommodation providers, answering their questions, providing unwavering support, and ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
  • Champion strong, lasting relationships by engaging in regular performance-focused conversations to ensure partners consistently offer the best availability and most competitive pricing.
  • Immerse yourself in the world of Booking.com's innovative products and services, becoming a knowledgeable advocate and explaining their benefits.
  • Analyze internal data to identify and prioritize strategies that will elevate our partners' performance and fuel Booking.com's growth within the region.
  • Identify and connect with exciting new potential partners, expanding our network.
  • Tackle critical customer service issues related to your portfolio with agility and efficiency, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions for our partners and travelers alike.
  • Play a key role in organizing engaging events like workshops and webinars, empowering our partners with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.
