SpotHopper is building the next generation of marketing software, specifically for small businesses like local restaurants and bars. Launched in 2015, SpotHopper has become a leading all-in-one marketing and operations platform for in-house teams at bars and restaurants, serving nearly 20,000 restaurants and recognized as one of the fastest-growing tech companies. Our solution helps independent restaurants overcome online challenges, saving them time and money. It enables operators to enhance their online presence, increase visibility, attract more customers and qualified employees, and compete with national chains.

  • Experience in sales, specifically in SaaS, marketing, full-cycle, and hunter-oriented roles involving cold outreach.
  • Experience in the service industry is a plus (include on resume).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team, who handle the majority of post-sale activities.
  • Focus on new business acquisition by selling to locally owned bars and restaurants using a consultative approach.
  • Engage in field work, meeting owners in person to demonstrate the SpotHopper platform and its offerings, and tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Conduct 1-4 in-person meetings per day with owners at their establishments.
  • Cover a territory approximately 45-1 hour radius, which may vary by territory.
