About The Position

At Elara Caring, the Account Executive plays a crucial role in the growth of the home care industry by generating admissions and increasing patient census within a designated territory. This is a customer-facing, outside sales position focused on the sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes. The Account Executive will collaborate with various medical professionals to connect eligible patients and families with Elara Caring's high-quality in-home care services. The role is part of an elite team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place, and is supported by training, ongoing coaching on Elara’s Value and Go To Market Sales Strategy, and utilizes data and technology for team member support and resources. Elara Caring is one of the nation’s top 10 providers, emphasizing outstanding care and patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as with teams
  • Proven sales acumen with proven results
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of how the referral source decides and understands who the decision makers are
  • Skilled in problem solving, providing solutions to meet patient and business needs
  • Demonstrates a high confidence level to interact with health care professionals at all levels
  • Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives
  • Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others
  • A dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance under the laws of the state
