At Elara Caring, the Account Executive plays a crucial role in the growth of the home care industry by generating admissions and increasing patient census within a designated territory. This is a customer-facing, outside sales position focused on the sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes. The Account Executive will collaborate with various medical professionals to connect eligible patients and families with Elara Caring's high-quality in-home care services. The role is part of an elite team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place, and is supported by training, ongoing coaching on Elara’s Value and Go To Market Sales Strategy, and utilizes data and technology for team member support and resources.
