About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth for their product portfolio across multiple stakeholders and buyers. The Account Executive will effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of offerings, coordinate the customer buying process, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, biological areas, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of documented top 20% sales success in a broad range of laboratory products, with at least 1 year of clinical laboratory and/or hospital sales experience.
  • A combination of clinical market sales, financial, or technical selling experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in Medical Technology (MT ASCP) or Microbiology is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and strategic account sales plans involving multiple stakeholders and buyers to grow assigned products.
  • Effectively deploy clinically relevant product features, benefits, and economic justification to define the value of our offerings.
  • Coordinate decision makers and influencers across the customer buying process to secure contractual purchase agreements.
  • Attain or exceed overall sales plan for the DS product portfolio, including Manual Microbiology, Blood Culture, TB, ID/AST, and Molecular Diagnostics.
  • Manage the sales process across clinical laboratory, infectious disease clinicians, pharmacy, value analysis, and hospital administration.
  • Create demand, deliver product information and demonstrations, and orchestrate new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop account strategies and close accounts within the assigned territory using a coordinated team selling model.
