Requirements

Logistics experienced required (1 year at least)
Sales and negotiation skills
Strong decision-making ability and judgment
Positive and energetic team player
Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and receivers across all customer segments
Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular, proactive communication
Provide spot quotes and load management
Collaborate with internal teams to support assigned accounts and drive growth
Respond quickly to challenges and make effective, timely decisions
Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other related duties as assigned
