About The Position

Goosehead Insurance, established in 2003, aims to disrupt the insurance industry by offering clients choice, utilizing smart marketing, and delivering world-class service, all supported by exceptional talent. The company began franchising its business model in 2012, and this specific role is for one of its successful franchise partners. The Account Executive team is tasked with generating new business revenue on a monthly basis, contributing to both individual and team objectives. Account Executives will receive comprehensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, and business development.

Requirements

  • Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk
