About The Position

We're seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive in the Palm Beach County area to grow our business by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. This role manages the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships - while collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Background in business or marketing with extensive field experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Skills in territory management, presentations, performance management, relationship-building, negotiation, and sales planning
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license
  • This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth
  • Conduct presentations and service demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
