The Account Executive is responsible for the retention, growth, and overall account service strategy for a designated group of Higher Education institutions across several states in the territory. These accounts utilize Nelnet Campus Commerce solutions. The role involves working collaboratively with other departments to create client strategy, leverage best practices, add value through cross-selling, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. By building strong relationships, the Account Executive contributes to new business generation through cross-sell and referrals.
