Responsibilities

  • Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major healthcare clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer objectives, workflows, and business challenges
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities within assigned accounts and territories
  • Planning and managing strategic executive-level meetings with customer stakeholders
  • Driving sales of Sectra products and services to meet and exceed revenue objectives
  • Expanding relationships within existing customer organizations by identifying opportunities to deliver additional value
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on Sectra's solutions and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Leading and participating in clinical, workflow, and technical discussions with customers
  • Ensuring products and services are delivered successfully and aligned with customer expectations
  • Collaborating across Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams
  • Partnering closely with Customer Support and Operations teams to help resolve customer concerns and drive positive outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate account information, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems
  • Preparing regular reports and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders
