As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will carry the mission of safeguarding the life, freedom, and finances of responsibly armed Americans into every parking lot, range, retailer, and training room you step into. This role is not a traditional 9-to-5 desk job; it's a calling focused on building trust and relationships within the firearms community. You will engage with individuals after concealed carry classes, visit ranges and retailers, and focus on understanding customer needs to earn the right to be heard. Authenticity as a responsible gun owner is valued, as is humility and curiosity if new to the space. The ideal candidate acts as a peer, educator, and trusted advisor, focusing on influencing outcomes through guidance and confidence-building rather than a scripted pitch.
