Account Executive - Online Division
About The Position
Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Orlando, FL territory. This is a unique community-based opportunity within a rapidly growing educational service company that supports the post-secondary education sector. The role involves identifying and implementing event/activity plans, building awareness of online academic programs, driving inquiry generation, and shaping high-impact partnerships. The Account Executive will provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners through various mediums, championing the GCE mission and promoting Grand Canyon University student success. This is a remote role with ambitious targets, requiring independent work, out-of-the-box critical thinking, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process for a successful online learning experience.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree required.
- No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Clear communication skills (in person, in writing, and on the phone).
- Well-developed listening skills.
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.
- Clean driving record and ability to use personal vehicle.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
