About The Position

This is a 100% fully remote role for a sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B industrial, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, aviation, aerospace, or other complex operational sales environments. The role requires full-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, business development, and closing new clients. The company, Skylink, founded in 1986, supports the maintenance of aircraft fleets worldwide, providing materials from bolts to jet engines for commercial, regional, and military aircraft across over 30 countries. The team consists of approximately 30 members globally, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Account Executive will work with airlines, MROs, lessors, and military clients to ensure they receive the necessary material support to keep their fleets operational. The role involves working with professionals from around the world and dealing with high-value items like million-dollar engines and entire aircraft.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing or related field.
  • 3+ Years minimum experience in B2B Industrial, Logistics & Supply Chain sales experience.
  • Strategic negotiation securing client commitments and win-win agreements.
  • Offering valuable advice and creating value through insights.
  • Identifying opportunities and asking impactful questions.
  • Presenting solutions that create preference and drive change.
  • Addressing concerns and driving results through others.
  • Building consensus and managing change effectively.
  • Consultative selling, ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles & comfort with long sales cycles is a must!
  • Must be available to work within the EST time zone (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

  • Secure client commitments by strategically timing the ask and outlining clear benefits.
  • Manage key accounts, process RFQs and Sales Orders, and ensure on-time shipping.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion through additional services.
