About The Position

Care Partners At Home is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with various healthcare entities to drive referrals and revenue. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, driven, and possess strong relationship-building skills, with a proven track record in healthcare sales, particularly within the home care sector. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans, conducting in-person meetings and presentations, and utilizing CRM for tracking and reporting. This is a full-time, hybrid position with fieldwork required in West LA, offering significant autonomy and opportunities for career growth alongside supportive healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Proven healthcare sales experience in Home Care is a huge plus!
  • Working knowledge of Home Care and/or CalAIM is a huge plus!
  • Outgoing, driven, and coachable with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel within Santa Barbara County
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, health plans, FQHCs, Community Based Organizations and other medical professionals
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings, presentations, and networking events
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive referrals and revenue
  • Utilize CRM for tracking and reporting
