About The Position

Edunation, now part of the Keystone Education Group, is a leading provider for students aspiring to study and live in Finland. They connect global students with life-changing opportunities through pathway programs, vocational studies, and degree admissions at partner institutions. As the new Account Executive, the role will focus on growing the global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met, and building strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in international education or working with student recruitment agents
  • Knowledge of visa processes and student mobility trends
  • Experience working in multicultural, global environments
  • Additional language skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
  • Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
  • Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs
  • Provide occasional student counseling when required
  • Attend team meetings online and in person (e.g., Makati or other hubs)
