About The Position

RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Account Executive II to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As an Account Executive II, you will assume ownership and responsibility for a defined territory's revenue and volume growth, in addition to growing and strengthening the Company's existing customer relationships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Two (2) years' marketing and sales experience in a health care setting
  • Two (2) years' spreadsheet software usage, Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and execute existing and new sales opportunities within assigned territory and market, including new customer segments, new products and service lines, new accounts, etc.
  • Partner with radiologists to market existing and new product lines (clinical services) to new and existing clients
  • Deliver and/or coordinates educational presentations to existing and prospective clients on emerging applications offered by the Company
  • Conducts and/or coordinates educational and marketing seminars at local and national trade shows
  • Facilitate and participate in monthly sales and marketing conference calls with corporate marketing
  • Independently monitors performance and profitability of services offered for assigned market(s)
  • Proactively partner with the Marketing department on implementation of sales strategies for assigned territory, including development of collateral
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationship with sales, Center team members, operations and Radiologists
  • Documents and maintains all customer contact/activity and information in customer relationship management system as well as in related internal information systems
  • Assists in sales, negotiations, and implementation of the payor contracting processes
  • Monitors payor referral activity
  • Maintains productive relationships with customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service, support, and prompt service recovery
  • Assist in onboarding other sales team members
  • Stays abreast of new developments and trends in diagnostic imaging and the health care industry in order to understand referrers and prospects' needs and provide workable solutions to referrer's requirements
  • Develops and implements targeting and segmentation plans, by product line, for defined territory
  • Partners with Sales Manager and Market Leader to develop and execute strategic marketing and territory plans to ensure profitable growth and increased market share
  • Gathers on-going market research and intelligence to identify new opportunities, applications and trends
  • Identifies key strategic customers for business development opportunities and works with Sales Manager to grow our relationships and market through these activities
  • Successfully identifies, develops and implements market-wide sales initiatives
  • Functions as an informal leader for sales, operations and Radiology teams within the market
  • Successfully completes required internal training and education
  • Develops market level strategies and facilitates projects to drive growth beyond their own territory
  • Completes additional tasks and projects as assigned
