About The Position

Affinity Group is seeking a motivated Account Executive to grow its Central & Northwest Wisconsin market. The role involves representing major food brands, building relationships, delivering value, and showcasing client products. This position reports to the Market Manager and will be based in or near the La Crosse or Eau Claire, WI areas. Affinity Group is a fast-growing food sales and marketing agency with a national presence, representing well-known food brands. The team drives brand awareness and market demand, utilizing decades of expertise and a localized, consultative approach.

Requirements

3-5 years of foodservice sales or distribution sales experience
Strong communication & organization skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
The candidate must possess an active Driver’s License and a clean driving record
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

Restaurant operations or culinary experience is a plus
An associate or bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful events, including food shows and seminars, to showcase the value proposition of client offerings
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication, including virtual presentations, calls, and emails
Growing sales with distributors, merchandisers & buyers while building lasting client relationships
Travel locally to meet clients and operators face-to-face
Leading consultative sales presentations to distributors, merchandisers, buyers, and their sales teams
Independently manage the full sales cycle, leveraging CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and streamline workflows
Leverage critical thinking to guide prospects toward successful purchasing decisions
