We specialize in tailored digital marketing strategies: SEO, AIO, PPC, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns. Our ICP consists of small to midsize service businesses (roofing, remodeling, landscaping, etc.).

Requirements

• 1+ years of closing experience in B2B sales, ideally SMB with short sales cycles (or a top-performing SDR ready to make the jump)
• A track record of hitting or beating quota, with the numbers to back it up
• Comfort running back-to-back discovery calls and keeping your energy and quality high all day
• A consultative style: you ask good questions, find the real problem, and connect it to a solution before you pitch
• Confidence asking for the business and handling objections like price, timing, and "I need to think about it"
• Enough comfort with websites, SEO, and digital marketing to be credible with business owners (you don't need to be an expert, but you need to be curious)
• Honesty in setting expectations, so clients feel good about what they bought after they sign
• A competitive, money-motivated mindset that thrives on uncapped commission
• Organization and discipline with your pipeline and CRM, even during heavy weeks
• A polished, professional presence, since you're often the first face of Grandir a prospect sees
• This remote position is open only to candidates currently located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls with home service business owners booked by our SDR and Marketing teams, about 36 a month
• Diagnose each prospect's online presence (website, SEO, Google Business Profile, ads) and show how Grandir can bring them more leads and jobs
• Learn how to identify pain points & areas of opportunity to understand and leverage key value propositions to establish value, and close deals!
• Learn & leverage pricing & cost analysis to achieve a competitive advantage in contract negotiations - fostering a Win/Win for Grandir and our customers
• Collaborate with Account Management to understand Grandir’s product & capabilities
