The Account Executive is responsible for selling new business. This role cultivates strong, productive, and influential relationships with brokers/consultants driving new business growth. The Account Executive must be able to meet or exceed new business targets, effectively position Allied’s unique value proposition, and manage complex negotiations. This position also involves providing effective presentations, educating constituents on Allied Benefit Systems capabilities, and developing and executing sales and growth strategies for assigned territories. The role requires representing Allied at civic and business functions, collecting information from prospective accounts, and meeting all product and selling skills training requirements. Additionally, the Account Executive will process RFPs, perform routine operational tasks associated with evaluating RFPs, and help resolve escalated problems by working with appropriate departments and the Account Manager.
