About The Position

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Helena, MT territory. This is a unique community-based opportunity where you will play an integral role in providing Grand Canyon University students the roadmap for success from application through to completion of their first few classes. The role involves identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory, building awareness of online academic programs, driving inquiry generation, and shaping high-impact partnerships. You will provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners through presentations, calls, and emails. This is a community-based role with ambitious targets, requiring independent work, critical thinking, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process for a successful online learning experience.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Clear communication skills (in person, in writing, and on the phone).
• Well-developed listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory.
• Building awareness of our online academic programs for education, healthcare and business and drive inquiry generation.
• Shaping high impact partnerships for your territory and execute your daily work through informational presentations, calls and emails, iterating as needed to maximize value.
• Providing exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners through a variety of mediums.
• Championing the GCE mission, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
• Using out-of-the-box critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, guiding them on the right path towards a successful online learning experience.
• Working independently to meet ambitious targets.
