The Account Executive 3 negotiates long-term agreements with key decision-makers (building managers, owners, attorneys, developers) to bring Xfinity services to multifamily properties. This role involves securing new business opportunities, renewing existing agreements, and managing a portfolio of multi-site, large-scale property relationships. The Account Executive will act as an expert on advanced MDU product sets and implement a consultative sales approach for MDU growth opportunities, including new construction deals. They will negotiate "Bulk" (amenity) and non-bulk contracts, present to property owners and associations, and attend in-person meetings to maintain company visibility. The position requires developing and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and gaining proficiency in contract negotiation, presentation skills, and CRM software. Additionally, the role involves keeping leadership informed of market dynamics, providing exceptional customer service, building business cases with financial modeling, managing the sales funnel and forecasts, and training junior Account Executives. The Account Executive will also be responsible for reviewing their assigned territory to ensure all customers are contacted regularly and for achieving sales objectives.
