Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years in Security/Fire Alarm Sales, with a proven track record of establishing valuable connections within the construction industry
  • Valid driver licenses and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CA Building Codes and NFPA72 regulations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the compliance landscape
  • Adeptness in utilizing software tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, familiarity with CRM software)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new buildings in the competitive Bay Area market, leveraging self-generated leads and established industry relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
  • Devise and execute comprehensive proposals tailored to each client's unique requirements and preferences, showcasing the organization's capabilities and value proposition
  • Efficiently and accurately process and manage new work orders to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Work cross-functionally like a pro– Collaborate with engineering, project management, and our service team to make sure your customers get the white-glove treatment from pitch to post-install
