About The Position

Climb Channel Solutions, a specialty distributor focused on driving success with innovative vendors, value-added resellers and managed service providers, is currently seeking qualified candidates in order to fill an open sales position. This role is responsible for managing ongoing sales relationships within our Premier Account teams. As a key member of the sales team, the Account Executive will work with a variety of vendors to deliver innovative and advanced solutions to our top partners. The main function of the Account Executive will be to develop exceptional customer service for resellers for the complete “quote to order” sales life cycle. This role will assist our top three account teams in meeting their SLA’s.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and selling techniques
  • Familiarity with Pipeline and Forecasting methodology
  • Assisting customers with maximizing upsell opportunities, such as multi-year, extended maintenance, cross-sell, etc
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of different CRM tools
  • Authorized to work in the US

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for specific Premier Accounts and manage a high volume of email requests (Expectations would include effective and accurate product recommendations, quoting, order processing and customer service)
  • Cultivating strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact for partners to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Familiarity and comfortability with a team environment, collaborate with colleagues in many areas including purchasing, vendor partner team, order entry team
  • Consistently articulating Climb Channel Solutions’ value proposition to partners in order to maintain and increase Climb’s footprint within each customer
  • Acting as liaison between vendor partners and channel resellers to grow business and gain market share
  • Comfortable working within designated SLA’s and keeping up with customer KPI requirements
