About The Position

At Scientific Safety Alliance (SSA), we sell services that companies need to operate. We support pharmaceutical manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, and data center environments where compliance is mandatory. This isn’t a “nice to have” sale. The services you’ll sell are required for facilities to operate, creating real urgency in every deal. That shows up in the numbers. We consistently see enterprise win rates at 40%, with repeat demand once you land an account. With multiple pipeline sources and strong win rates, you can ramp quickly and start closing early. You'll build pipeline through: Consistent inbound lead flow from a national customer base (expect inbound= 50% of total sales) Immediate access to expansion pipeline across 10,000+existing accounts Targeted outbound into a high-growth, high-need market We operate in a fragmented market with limited scaled competition and inconsistent service quality from incumbents. There’s real opportunity to win and expand accounts. You don’t need industry experience to succeed here. We’ll teach you the product and the market. What matters is that you can build pipeline, stay consistent, and close. Requirements

  • 3-7 years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to generate pipeline and close deals
  • Comfortable running a full sales cycle independently
  • Strong hunter mentality and consistency in outbound
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • No industry experience required. We will train you.

Responsibilities

  • Run Sales
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through close
  • Own your number and drive deals to completion
  • Generate Pipeline
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and targeted outbound into existing accounts to drive expansion
  • Maintain a consistent outbound cadence across net new and existing accounts
  • Sell Core Services
  • Sell cleanroom certification and laboratory equipment calibration
  • Position SSA's services as required for compliance and operational continuity
  • Engage the Right Buyers
  • Work directly with facilities, quality and compliance leaders
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments to move deals forward
  • Build Long-Term Accounts
  • Turn new logos into recurring revenue through ongoing service relationships
  • Identify and close cross-sell opportunities across SSA's service lines
