As an Account Executive at NewRocket, you will drive new business sales revenue in a fast-growing environment across all industries. Your focus will be on helping mid-market organizations accelerate their digital transformation journey by leveraging the power of ServiceNow solutions. You will accomplish this through strategic account planning, territory management, and executing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in software or solutions, with a strong track record in mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Selling outcome-based service solutions on ServiceNow or equivalent SaaS enterprise platforms.
  • Experience selling into the Manufacturing vertical, primary, or retail, secondary
  • Demonstrated success hunting to open new logos and expand accounts
  • Experience level 4-years minimum selling into Enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients, as well as collaborating with internal teams.
  • Demonstrated success in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to understand the “big picture” and align sales strategies with broader IT and business objectives.
  • A team-oriented approach, promoting a “win as a team” culture that prioritizes customer success.

Nice To Haves

  • Seniority should be mid-senior to senior level
  • Someone with a consulting background in Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across a broad range of industries and product lines.
  • Lead and orchestrate account strategy by mapping client relationships and leveraging a diverse virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success resources, Partners, and Marketing).
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding your customers’ unique business challenges and advising on how ServiceNow solutions can enhance their IT and business roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and support teams to ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time to close deals effectively.
  • Continuously build a healthy pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities in your territory.
