About The Position

The Account Executive (AE) role is a key part of Rivia Health’s immediate and long-term growth plan. We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and competitive account executive professional to join our growing team. We need a team player who wants to get in on the ground floor of a mission-driven healthcare technology startup and work with the team to drive revenue growth. Requirements

• 5+ years of inside SaaS sales experience
• 1+ years experience within the healthcare and revenue cycle management industry
• Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM system (HubSpot-specific experience a plus)
• Experience prospecting, running demos, and closing deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written business communication capabilities
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
• Self-directed time management capability
• Open to ambiguity and ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Research and create target prospecting lists using tools such as Zoom Info, Definitive Health, and LinkedIn.
• Identify, develop, and engage key stakeholders at top healthcare organizations.
• Outreach to prospects using a mix of calls, emails, and other communication mediums.
• Create a great first impression to prospects with a friendly attitude, compelling message, and consistent follow-up.
• Educate and develop prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Engage qualified leads via an organized and consistent outbound sales process.
• Book remote discovery and demo meetings with qualified leads.
• Run discovery, demo, and return on investment calls with prospective customers.
• Manage the process of closing a deal and successfully handing the customer over to our Account Management team.
• Partner with our Account Management team to grow your shared book of business.
• Maintain precise and accurate information of contacts, opportunities, and sales activities within the customer relationship management system (HubSpot CRM).
• Further develop a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and Rivia Health’s value to our customers and become a trusted advisor on the ever-evolving needs of our customers.
• Bring insights from customer conversations back to the Rivia Health team to help further refine the product features and sales messaging.
