Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Sales or Business
  • 1-3+ years of B2B or field-sales experience
  • 1+ year of sales experience, with proven track record of closing and acquiring new business
  • Experience using CRM and lead generation tools (Salesforce, Spotio, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Value-based selling, including MEDDIC or similar sales methodology
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field environment
  • Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory and other markets as needed
  • Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver license- a company car will be provided when available

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product samplings, and tasting within office environments
  • Educate potential customers on the value and convenience of our Peel and Pour beverage line and products
  • Build and maintain relationships with office managers and key decision makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and even beyond, to ensure repeat orders/subscription management
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting with CRM (Salesforce)
  • Stay informed on product offers, pricing, and competition in the industry
