About The Position

As one of Bikky’s Account Executives, you’ll have the opportunity to work some of the largest ACVs in restaurant technology. Our prospective customers are early adopters of data for their industry and your job is to promote Bikky as the leading data platform for restaurants. Doing so will require great expertise in enterprise software sales. We’re looking for candidates who excel in demonstrating value, authentically digging in to understand our prospect’s most pressing needs and challenges, working through a company's org chart, while remaining hyper organized. In a typical sales cycle, you’ll teach prospects how to validate or invalidate the performance of a new menu item, measure how effectively their latest marketing campaign is bringing in new customers, and understand how promotions are impacting their customers’ spending habits. This role is also an opportunity to build and be creative - we’re early on in this journey and looking for a partner to the founding team in crafting the most effective and efficient enterprise sales playbook. You’ll collaborate with teams across customer success, engineering, and product to ensure that prospect feedback is heard and you have the tools you need to deliver the most compelling value proposition.

Requirements

  • Multiple years as a trajectory changing seller in a software environment, including surpassing quotas and meaningful problem-solving
  • Experience with and comfort owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for deals with ACVs in the six figures.
  • Our industry still likes to shake hands and meet key partners in person. You’re comfortable selling over Zoom and in-person, as traveling 3-5 times a year for major conferences and industry events in places like Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta and more, will be critical for fostering industry relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a data-driven product and/or selling in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.

  • $160k-$200k total on-target earnings at 100% of quota. Commission is uncapped, with accelerators.
