Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred, not required)
  • Previous sales experience or a strong interest in building a sales career
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage your territory
  • Curiosity and problem-solving ability to uncover customer needs and deliver solutions
  • Drive to consistently meet and exceed goals in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt through ongoing training and development

  • Build expertise across five main solution areas: Copier & Multifunction Printers, Managed Print Services, Wide Format Solutions, High-Volume Production Equipment, Software & Technology Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through daily cold calling, strategic territory planning, and effective database management.
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations, deliver tailored presentations, and confidently close sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer challenges and match them with the right mix of hardware, software, and managed services to create long-term value.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, conflict resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage schedules, complete required paperwork accurately, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commit to ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends and sharpen sales, demo, and technical skills.
