Guidehouse is seeking an Account Executive to own and grow key client relationships across a portfolio of healthcare providers and financial institution (lockbox) clients. The role involves driving revenue growth and wallet share expansion through contract renewals, renegotiations, and expansion of Payment Automation and Lockbox Healthcare service offerings. The Account Executive will lead end-to-end account management, focusing on financial performance, operational delivery oversight, service quality, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. They will develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives and Guidehouse growth priorities, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to improve revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and drive automation and process standardization. The role also involves leading complex commercial discussions and negotiations, ensuring compliance, governance, and risk management, and driving operational transformation initiatives. Additionally, the Account Executive will provide mentorship to junior account managers and analysts and collaborate with offshore Delivery centers.
