About The Position

Sanford Harmony Academy is seeking a relationship-driven Account Executive to help expand the reach and impact of our SEL solutions across Texas. This is more than a sales role—it's an opportunity to partner with educators, support meaningful implementation, and help create positive outcomes for students and school communities. We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with SEL curriculum sales, implementation, and professional development, and who understand the challenges and opportunities schools face when adopting new initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience selling educational programs, edtech solutions, or related services.
  • Experience implementing educational programs and delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with education leaders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Candidates must reside in Texas.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience selling and implementing Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum or programs.
  • Experience working with large school districts and multi-site implementations.
  • Existing relationships within the Texas K-12 education community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community partners throughout Texas.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on understanding challenges and delivering solutions that support student and educator success.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to onboarding and implementation planning.
  • Support districts through successful adoption by coordinating training plans, implementation schedules, and ongoing engagement strategies.
  • Conduct virtual trainings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Attend conferences, regional events, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and generate new business.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals while advancing the Harmony Academy mission.
