The role is an Individual Contributor within the Merchant Sales and Activation Department, XplorPay Division. Requirements

A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face-to-face selling
Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
Align with Xplor's four core values (Make life simple, Build for people, Move with purpose, Create lasting communities) and be a good human
Have eligible working rights in the country of application (Xplor does not sponsor visas)

Nice To Haves

Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
Work independently with full support and training
Self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
