About The Position
EarthCam is a global leader in webcam technology that gives construction teams real-time visibility into their jobsites—anytime, anywhere. Our solutions support project monitoring, documentation, promotion, and jobsite security across construction projects worldwide. Our platform delivers live video, time-lapse recordings, progress tracking, and site security, powered by smart AI tools that turn visual data into useful insights for better decision-making. Since creating the first construction webcam in 1996, EarthCam has been trusted on major projects like One World Trade Center, SoFi Stadium, and the Panama Canal Expansion, and integrates with tools such as Procore, Autodesk, and Bentley. We’re a collaborative, hands-on team that builds our technology in-house and works closely across departments to solve real problems for real users.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Ability to prospect, qualify opportunities, present solutions, and manage a sales pipeline
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Experience using a CRM to track customer activity and opportunities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend company meetings or events as needed

Responsibilities
- Prospect for and develop new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Build a qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and present relevant EarthCam solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that show the value of our technology
- Partner with internal teams to prepare proposals and move opportunities through negotiation and close
- Build lasting relationships with customer contacts and decision-makers
- Grow accounts within your territory by identifying additional needs and opportunities for repeat business
- Maintain regular customer contact, respond to requests, and follow through on commitments
- Keep sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts accurate and current in the CRM
- Collaborate with Sales Administration, Client Services, and other teams to support a strong customer experience
- Attend trade shows and visit customers as needed to develop business and strengthen relationships

- OTE $110,000- $120,000 annually (base plus uncapped commission)
