About The Position

Client Command is the automotive leader in turning Active Shoppers® into real customers. Using the Active Shopper Network®, we monitor the entire internet to pinpoint Active Shoppers® for dealerships and vendor partners. Our data can power Audiences, Data Enrichment, Market Analytics, and so much more! Client Command has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating revenue within their assigned discipline and territory. You will partner closely with clients to provide a consultative sales assessment of their needs to help them reach their sales and business objectives. You will focus on retaining current clients, identifying opportunities to expand those relationships while developing relationships with prospects that can benefit from our solutions. They have a strong understanding of identifying the needs within a customer's business and effectively tailoring the Client Command product to fulfill those needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly in the areas of data or software sales, as well as a background in the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
  • Experience with sales of newly launched products
  • Automotive industry-related sales experience required with 3+ years’ selling product to dealerships strongly preferred.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and leveraging data to help clients succeed.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactively seeks new business opportunities in the market.
  • Knowledgeable and comfortable with CRM systems and sales forecasting processes.
  • Must be able to work EST hours and willing to travel 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Regular client engagement in person, via phone and web meeting.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through in person, outbound contact.
  • Meet or exceed targets related to revenue quota, activities and retention metrics.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products and remain up to date on industry news and market challenges.
  • Utilize reporting systems, aggregated data and CRM tools to aid in tracking, qualifying and managing prospect base.
  • Ability to quickly identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/solutions and close sales opportunities, providing expertise to directly drive revenue.
  • Able to build rapport with key contacts at all levels within assigned territory and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned business segment.
  • Adhere to all quality standards, company values and processes.
  • Provide regular feedback to leadership about the market and competitor activity.
