About The Position

The company is seeking an Account Executive (Multi-Product) to join its Expansion Sales team. This role involves full-cycle selling of new financial products, including AI phone assistants, bookkeeping, marketing suite, and payroll software. The company values customer success, diverse teams, urgency, and transparent communication. The ideal candidate is a proven salesperson, ideally in SaaS, with strong discovery and analytical skills, organizational discipline, and a proactive approach to sales. This is an opportunity to be a founding seller in a new sales motion and contribute to shaping sales strategies for new products.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment or overachievement.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals end-to-end.
  • Comfort building without a playbook; ability to sell products without proven pitches, case studies, or a polished objection-handling library.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong feedback loop instinct: synthesize field insights and bring them back to product, marketing, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, pipeline, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and creative in solving problems and overcoming objections.
  • Learning agility: ramp fast on new products and get credible on new offerings.
  • Tenacious, curious, and highly adaptable, with the drive to thrive as a founding seller in a brand-new motion.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience selling vertical SaaS products to service-based businesses or field service management software.
  • Knowledge of the pool service industry or related home service businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle across a rapidly expanding product suite (AIPhone, Account/Bookkeeping software, Marketing Suite and Payroll software).
  • Partner to win net-new customers, expand within the existing base, and run upsell and cross-sell motions.
  • Help define how new products are sold and grow as the product lineup evolves.
  • Engage and qualify prospective customers and existing Skimmer Pros, tailoring the approach.
  • Drive high-impact discovery conversations to uncover core pain points, goals, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the product roadmap to speak credibly about current and future offerings.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations of multi-product solutions with the goal of attaching payments.
  • Act as a business consultant, connecting customer pain points to solutions, aligning stakeholders, and uncovering needs.
  • Own the sale from start to finish, handling objections, involving decision-makers, and closing deals.
  • Proactively build and manage a disciplined pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and improve execution.
  • Move deals forward with precision and urgency to attach payments and financial products.
