About The Position

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Taunton, Plymouth, MA and Providence, RI territory. This is a unique community-based role focused on helping non-traditional Grand Canyon University students succeed through education. The position involves identifying and implementing event/activity plans, building awareness of online academic programs, shaping high-impact partnerships, and providing exceptional counseling to prospective students and their families. The role requires independent work, critical thinking, and guiding students through the admissions process for a successful online learning experience. GCE is a growing educational service company that supports the post-secondary education sector and works closely with Grand Canyon University.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Clear communication skills (in person, writing, and phone).
• Well developed listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Clean driving record and ability to use personal vehicle.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

• Supporting prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process.
• Guiding students towards a successful online learning experience.
