About The Position

SpotHopper is building the next generation of marketing software, specifically for local restaurants and bars. Launched in 2015, SpotHopper has become the leading all-in-one marketing and operations platform for in-house teams at bars and restaurants, working with nearly 20,000 restaurants and recognized as one of the fastest-growing tech companies. Our solution helps independent restaurants tackle online challenges from a single platform, saving them time and money. It enables operators to enhance their online presence, increase exposure, attract more customers and qualified employees, and compete with national chains.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, specifically in SaaS, marketing, full cycle, hunter-oriented roles that incorporate cold outreach.
  • Experience in the service industry is a plus (include on resume).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team, who handle the majority of post-sale work.
  • Focus on bringing in new business by selling to locally owned bars and restaurants using a consultative approach.
  • Engage in the field, meeting in person with owners to demonstrate the SpotHopper platform and its offerings, and working with them to fulfill their needs.
  • Hold 1-4 in-person meetings per day at bars or restaurants with owners.
  • Cover a territory of approximately a 45-1 hour radius, which is subject to change and territory dependent.
