Drive sales: Drive net sales and profitability through monitoring sales for trends, receipts, inventory and markdowns for accuracy and discrepancies on a weekly basis. Visits prospects in stores and at trade shows, and actively develop rapport. Utilizes working knowledge of territory and major, viable accounts within territory. Manage: Manage sell-through at retail to improve brand demand as well as deliver increased retailer gross margins. Monitor all account budgets. Anticipate needs of accounts and react quickly. Provide weekly reports: Ongoing planning and analyzing business strategies. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts Partner: Interact with retailers regional teams (multi-store accounts) to improve Product placement and brand. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous sales experience preferably to department stores, and/or independent/specialty stores
• Experienced with both field and corporate working relationships
• SAP Experience preferred
• Leadership and people management
