The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, meeting specified client retention goals, and coordinating client activities within the client services team. The Account Executive will manage the new client implementation process, conduct analysis, and present recommendations to clients. They will serve as a valued advisor, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating renewals with carriers. Additionally, the role involves educating clients on legislation and market trends, monitoring clients, providing innovative solutions, participating in RFPs, and identifying opportunities for additional services. Compliance with regulatory guidelines is essential, and additional responsibilities may be assigned.
