About The Position

SpeedPro Commercial Graphics is launching a new location in Knoxville, offering production, installation, and showroom capabilities, supported by their Tri-Cities home office. The Account Executive for Knoxville is responsible for driving revenue growth in this market by cultivating relationships, increasing brand and capability awareness, developing a project pipeline, and converting market momentum into consistent sales growth. The company specializes in large-format printing, signage, and graphics that create visually engaging experiences for businesses, universities, and sports arenas. They operate on core values of teamwork, creativity, value, speed, and attention to detail, and are seeking talented individuals to join their expanding team. They are a B2B-only company that partners with well-known organizations and brands, requiring interaction with high-level decision-makers and the delivery of high-visibility work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and results in consultative, hands-on B2B sales.
  • Ability to own a sales territory, daily schedule, prospecting pipeline, account development, and outcomes.
  • Ability to independently conduct project discovery and scope opportunities clearly.
  • Ability to work laterally with Inside Sales, Operations, and project execution teams.
  • Ability to represent SpeedPro professionally in the Knoxville business community.
  • Availability for a 40–50 hour Monday–Friday schedule, with some B2B event-driven evening and weekend demands.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth for the Knoxville market.
  • Build and manage a disciplined prospecting pipeline as a hunter.
  • Establish relationships with decision-makers across B2B accounts.
  • Ramp-up Knoxville revenue and transition into sustained growth.
  • Drive consultative discovery with prospects and existing clients with a long-term relationship mindset.
  • Identify project opportunities, business needs, timelines, decision-makers, and budgets.
  • Build trust through valuable consultations, strong follow-through, practical recommendations, and clear communication.
  • Develop repeat relationships with clients who value quality, speed, and professional execution.
  • Manage sales outcomes with professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
  • Scope opportunities clearly before handing them to estimating or operations.
  • Translate customer goals into practical project direction and product recommendations.
  • Work with Inside Sales to create accurate, complete estimates.
  • Maintain clean handoffs so projects can move from sales to production and installation without confusion.
  • Protect client expectations around timeline, scope, quality, and budget.
  • Represent SpeedPro in the Knoxville business community.
  • Educate clients on large-format graphics, signage, branding, and environmental visual solutions.
  • Participate in relevant B2B events and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Use SpeedPro’s existing reputation and marketing momentum to open doors and build local market presence.
