About The Position

FOX44 Waco, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of broadcast and digital media platforms. As a trusted marketing advisor, deliver integrated advertising solutions to local businesses and agencies, convincing potential clients of the merits of television, OTT/CTV, and digital advertising.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in media sales or a customer-focused commission-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles across digital, broadcast, and interactive platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Collaborative team player, adaptable with positive attitude and motivation to grow income.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, pass background check.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a strong focus on revenue growth across broadcast and digital platforms.
• Create and present strategic, client-focused advertising campaigns.
• Conduct in-person and remote sales calls to build trust and relationships with our business community.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, develop new accounts and close deals.
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and station goals.
