As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role is focused on owning the Public Sector & Healthcare lifecycle, including strategy, planning, execution, and results within identified governments and healthcare institutions alongside a Customer Success Manager to drive additional MAU growth. You will foster relationships within your account by onboarding accounts and providing strategic sales support to ensure a successful deployment of Canva across multiple departments and cross-functional implementations. Focus on the Public Sector & Healthcare community by running a healthy and predictable business that delivers a jointly agreed customer transformation strategy. Understand the Canva user lifecycle by establishing close relationships with our passionate community of Public Sector & Healthcare users to know first-hand what they need to become successful Canva users. Utilize data analysis to inform future product and marketing plans. Continuously test, learn, and iterate on our lifecycle strategy at our identified customers to build meaningful and impactful relationships.
